Where is Guanaja?
Guanaja is a small island that is part of the Bay Islands of Honduras, in the Western Caribbean. Geographically, Honduras is situated mid-way through Central America, just south of Belize and Guatemala, west of El Salvador and north of Nicaragua.
Guanaja's sister island Roatan is more well known, and has an international airport (RTB) serviced by international flights with Delta, AA, United, Avianca, Sunwing, Air Transit.

Take the Galaxy Wave ferry from roatan on Friday at 12pm or Saturday at 4pm.

How do I get to the Hostel?
We offer a pick-up from the airport (500 Lempira per group) to the hostel. You can also take a water taxi for 700 - 800 Lempira. Our weekly packages for the private cabin and private house include round-trip transportation for free.
If you come from Trujillo, there are two stops in Guanaja. The first is Bonacca and the second is Mangrove Bright. From Mangrove Bright you can take a tuc-tuc to East End (80 Lempira) and walk for 5 Minutes.
